Refund policy

At DadsGrads, each piece of artwork is custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

Custom & Personalized Items

All orders are made to order using the personalization details you provide.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Change of mind

- Incorrect details provided by the customer

- Preference changes after the order has been placed

Please review your personalization details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

- Your order number

- Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will offer a replacement at no additional cost.


Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will promptly send a corrected replacement.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly:

- Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order

- After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified

To request a change, contact us as soon as possible at hello@dadsgrads.com.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, all personalized artwork is non-returnable unless it arrives damaged or incorrect.


Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

- Order cannot be fulfilled

- Item arrives damaged and a replacement is not possible

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
